The method of treatment of femur fractures, false joints of the femur neck inclusive consists in accomplishment of supratrochanteric osteotomy with dissection of the wedge, medialization of the distal fragment with subsequent fixation by means of detachable wires and diaphysial plate 1; at fixation hollow screw 9 with a thread is installed for compression at working end 10 and stop 11, installed on the opposite fastening end is diaphysial plate 1 with holes 2,3,4 at a neck-diaphysial angle of 130 to 135 deg., and it is drawn through all fragments of the femur; the head of screw 9 is placed in the diaphysial fragment below the line of osteotomy at least by 1 cm, and working end 10 of screw 9 with a thread is not brought to the articular surface by at least 0.5 cm in the screw axis.
