FIELD: fire-fighting equipment. SUBSTANCE: generator has isothermal vessel for cryogenic liquid connected through electrically-operated valve with charging evaporator, injector unit located in upper part of evaporator-gasifier and connected by means of electrically-operated valve with lower part of vessel with cryogenic liquid. Evaporator-gasifier is partially filled with heat-accumulating substance and is provided with deflector and electrically-operated hermetic gate valve located above injector unit. Located in its lower part along axis of evaporator-gasifier are separator and toroidal flexible shell secured on bottom of evaporator-gasifier. Inner space of shell is connected by pipeline with heat exchanger and with upper part of isothermal vessel, and heat-accumulating substance is located above surface of toroidal flexible shell. Electrically-operated hermetic gate valve is located at separator outlet. Injector unit has jet nozzles positioned in lower part of injector unit. Used as heat-accumulating medium is water or water solutions. EFFECT: high efficiency. 2 cl, 1 dwg
