CENTRIFUGAL MILL Russian patent published in 2022 - IPC B02C13/22

Abstract RU 2771253 C1

FIELD: construction materials.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for grinding various materials and can be used in the production of building materials. The centrifugal mill contains two housings 1, interconnected by a tangential channel 2, the side walls 3 of which converge in the plane of symmetry of the mill at an angle of 120-150°. In each housing 1 there is a loading nozzle 4 and 5 and a rotor 6 with accelerating blades 7 and 8 made with the possibility of rotation in the direction of the corresponding outlet of the channel 2. Each accelerating blade 7 and 8 has a cutout 9 and 10 corresponding to the profile of the corresponding loading nozzle 4 and 5 with the provision of technological clearance. In the tangential channel 2 there is an unloading pipe 11, equidistant from the axes of rotation of the rotors 6. Each rotor 6 consists of an upper 12 and lower 13 horizontal discs on which the accelerating blades 7 and 8 are fixed, with a height of more than 2Dmax, where Dmax is the maximum particle size of the loaded material. Above the upper horizontal disc 12 and above the lower horizontal disc 13, vertical 4 and inclined 5 loading nozzles, respectively, of larger and smaller diameter, are rigidly fixed in each housing 1. Inclined loading nozzles 5 are located to the horizon at an angle exceeding the angle of the natural slope of the material. The lower ends 11 and 12 of all the loading nozzles 4 and 5 are arranged to provide a technological gap over the surfaces of the horizontal disks 12 and 13 on a circular arc equal to 50-280°, counting from a straight line passing through the centers of rotation of the rotors 6, and a radius equal to 1/4 - 3/4 of the radius of the rotor 6 centered on the vertical axis of the latter. At the lower end 14 and 15 of each loading nozzle 4 and 5, there is a square cutout 16 of Dmax size on the side opposite to the rotation of the corresponding rotor 6. The acceleration blades 8 of each lower 13 horizontal disk have a shorter length than the acceleration blades 7 of each upper 12 horizontal disk. The diameters of the disks 12 and 13 correspond to the lengths of the accelerating blades 7 and 8.

EFFECT: centrifugal mill provides an increase in the efficiency of the grinding process and an increase in the productivity of the finished product.
