FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: disintegrator is intended for crushing of different materials in building and other industries. The disintegrator comprises a casing (1), a multistage rotor (10), upper (4) and lower (6) horizontal disks with impact elements (5, 8). A multistep casing (9) is fixed under the upper disk on one axis with a loading device (3) and can vibrate. A multistage rotor (10) with impact bars is rigidly mounted on the lower disk. Scattering blades are rigidly set in the lower part of the multistage rotor. The gap between the upper edges of the scattering blades and the lower end on the multistep casing is greater than the maximal size of particles of the material being crushed. The multistage rotor axis is displaced with eccentricity in relation to the multistep casing axis. A minimal circular gap between the internal surface of the multistep casing and the multistage rotor diameter describable by the impact bars is equal to a=2-3dmax, where dmax stands for the maximal size of particles of the material being crushed.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of grinding process.
