FIELD: mining. SUBSTANCE: instrument has two barrels. Coaxial barrels are interrelated through a bearing unit. Perforated internal barrel has three sections placed over the length, which are differed with perforation size (fine, mid, and coarse). Guide tray is placed under the sections inclined to charge side. On leaving the tray, the material enters upper benefication gate placed inside outer barrel. Coarse fractions are removed to elevator. Boulders come through the inner barrel to the dump. At least one benefication gate should be. Lengthwise chutes with a grid hung inside are attached to the gate. Sprinkler is installed inside each grid. Elevator in the form of cylindrical jacket open from the top is attached to back face. The jacket keeps water level at all the gates and concurrently is used to discharge sand-clay refuse. Inner barrel is revolved in operation, and outer barrel reciprocates, to be turned first at 140 - 160 degrees angle, and then returned to initial position. First the material through inlet enters the barrel, where boulders are separated from the material. Residual material enters benefication gates, where it is classified and beneficated. Sand-clay refuse is removed through apertures and concentrate is washed down to containers through discharge openings of each gate by tray water. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 2 cl, 2 dwg
