FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to equipment for disintegration and sizing and may be used in mining for buddling gold-containing sands directly nearby deposit. Proposed screen comprises perforated sheet inclined toward unloading side and equipped with a drive made up of crank four-link mechanism, loading bin, sides and sprayer. Loading bin, sides and sprayer are located on stationary frame. Perforated sheet is made up of pin-connected sections arranged consecutively, each being fitted on cylindrical support mounted on said frame to axially rotate thereon. First (drive) section is rigidly secured on said support while other sections (driven) lie freely on support. Drive section is equipped with proportioner made up of parallel flat sectors arranged in bin bottom cutouts. Said drive is coupled solely with drive section support. Proportioner sector top edge angle (relative to drive section plane) equals the maximum angle of lift of said section while sector bottom edge angle equals at least the maximum angle of section descent angle. Section support are tubular.

EFFECT: higher efficiency, lower costs.
