FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mining, in particular, to dressing of placer deposit sands and may be used in development of gold-containing sand. Proposed plant consists of gold-containing bin-like sand feeder, screening and sizing assemblies, dressing assembly made up of gate with steps, concentrate discharge assembly, water feed assembly consisting of pump, pipelines and sprinklers. All sais assemblies are mounted on common frame. Screening and sizing assembly is made up of horizontal slotted screen consisting of sections, each being equipped with driven swinging axle. Note here that two adjacent sections swing counter wise while said screen is mounted on the frame pivoted to the plant frame at its front and, in its rear it is provided with lowering drive. Screen sides are covers by blanks walls secured on screen frame. Dressing assembly gate consists of two symmetric wings arranged at angle to each other. Axial slot is arranged between said wings, while steps are secured on said wings. Papillate bars with teeth are located ahead of steps and provided with reciprocation drives, for example, vibrators. Concentrate discharge assembly represents flute secured below gate wings, under slot, and inclined toward head section. Dressing gate head section is pivoted to the plant frame while its rear section tests on springs to regulate horizontal position of the gate depending upon availability of material thereon. Water sprinklers are arranged regularly above the screen.
