FIELD: ore dressing practice; washing of auriferous sands. SUBSTANCE: proposed plant comprises inclined trommel, trough-shaped screen arranged coaxially to trommel, charging hopper and collecting hopper. Elevator is provided at discharging end of trommel. Interior space of trommel is divided by partitions intended to divide particle-catching surface into circular sections, partition height being greater than that of riffles. Plant also comprises rope drive intended to impart to trommel reciprocating- rotary movement. Trommel can be thus turned at 90 deg. and returned back. Feed material on screen and trays gradually moves forward along arcuate path, advancing towards elevator and leaving on trays finished concentrate which is discharged through port by admitting water flow from slots, while trays are kept in their uplifted position. Coarse-grain fraction and lighter particles of fine-grain fraction are discharged by elevator into hopper. EFFECT: effective, simple and cheap plant which can be easily set up under field conditions (by gold-diggers). 15 cl, 7 dwg
