Perimeter of the spatial structure corresponds to dimensions of vehicle platform. Spatial structure height does not exceed vehicle height. Ports for the tanks of binding agent and inert material are originated in upper level of the spatial structure. Feeders are secured under the tanks for binding agent and inert material. Mixer, tank for liquid and storage tank are placed in lower level of the spatial structure. Storage tank volume equals mixer volume and is connected to it as communicated vessels do.
