FIELD: construction engineering, particularly, devices for preparation of concrete mixes. SUBSTANCE: complex includes mixing drum, transformation tracks parallel to each other, hoisting mechanism connecting vehicles and mixing drum. Hoisting mechanism is made in form of overhead-track hoist secured to mine working roof with grab unit. Mixing drum with drive and reducing gear is installed on platform secured to mine working floor. Mixing drum due to internal guides is made for continuous preparation and unloading of concrete mix into vehicles. Section of complex parallel tracks is connected with main mine tracks and made for providing of continuous delivery of loose materials and dispatching of concrete mixes in vehicles. Vehicle with cement has air-driven pump for controlled supply of cement from vehicle to mixing drum. Vehicle with concrete mix has metering device in form of air ejector and screw conveyors. EFFECT: higher efficiency and operate reliability of complex mechanisms for preparation of concrete mix. 3 dwg
