FIELD: building materials. SUBSTANCE: sealing agent consists of portland cement, building gypsum, quartz sand and special addition - unsaturated solid solution of sulfuric and/or carbonic acid anhydride in tetracalcium hydroaluminate at the following ratio of components, wt.-%: portland cement, 30-47; building gypsum, 3-6; quartz sand, 27-58; and special addition, 3-6. Sealing agent exhibits the following properties: setting time: (min) 80 (beginning) 150 (end); expansion (%): 0.07 (3 days) - 0.1 (28 days); waterproofness : 16; strength (MPa): 40 (3 days) - 60.8 (28 days).
