FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: method of producing a binder by the treatment of a lime-containing component with an alkaline aluminate solution with the subsequent separation, washing and drying the resulting precipitate, a solid solution of carbonic acid anhydride in four-calcium hydroaluminate is used as an alime-containing component, which is treated with an alkaline aluminate solution with a silicon module from 200 to 1000 units for 3 hours with a dosage of the lime-containing component in terms of active calcium oxide from 4 to 12 g/l, and the resulting precipitate is dried at a temperature of 350 to 450°C to the amount of the weight loss in the course of calcinating the sediment in the range of 7.5 to 8.5% and dispersed to a particle size of less than 50 microns.
EFFECT: reducing the time of setting of an aluminate binder and the accelerating the time of gaining strength, which allows to transmit such a binder to the category of quick-setting and rapid-hardening.
