FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: coupling for stoma comprises ring of patient's body and ring of receptacle for tightly fastening to patient's ring which is provided with shoulder. Coupling further comprises retaining ring which is installed for mutual retention of both patient ring and receptacle ring and easily deformable so as to be movably retained in relation to patient's ring and be deformed in position between its first and second positions. In these positions coupled components are respectively, mutually and freely connected and clutched. Retaining ring is provided with two fixing devices both independent from each other, one of which is used during replacement of stoma receptacle while other ring is used to attach retaining ring to patient's ring. Conical surfaces for axial coupling permit to align components during assembly. Proposed device can be used to retained various articles of medical equipment such as receptacles for collecting discharged from artificial openings in intestinal system, to retain seals of various types, to retain in place stoma for collecting urine from natural and artificial openings in urinary ways, to drain wounds and fistulae.
