SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine. A two-component stoma care device comprises a carrier plated attached to the skin surrounding the stoma, and a removable collecting bag for discharge collection from the above stoma. The carrier plate is detachably connected to the collecting bag by means of a first ring flange on the carrier plate, and a second ring flange on the collecting bag, and wherein at least one of the flanges is coated with a glue at least partially. The device additionally comprises a first through hole passing through the first ring flange along a first axis, and a second through hole passing through the second ring flange along a second axis. The first ring flange is attached to the carrier plate by a first ring attachment zone wherein a first free external portion of the flange passes in a radial direction towards the first axis. The second ring flange is attached to the collecting bag by a second ring attachment zone wherein a second free external portion of the flange passes in a radial direction towards the second axis. The device additionally comprises an auxiliary guide for the first ring flange and the second ring flange in the guide configuration, wherein translation of the first and second flanges is limited in relation to each other by one plane defined by the first and second axes, and rotation about at least one of the first or second axes. The auxiliary guide comprises a sheet and a socket. The sheet comprises at least a partial round notch having a radius equal to or more than a radial distance from the second axis to an external border of the second ring attachment zone. The above sheet comprises a guide projection extending in the radial direction from the centre of a round notch. The socket is provided on the first ring flange and has a size adequate to enclose the guide projection.

EFFECT: invention enables directing both sides of the device so that they fit correctly before gluing.
