SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine. A two-component stoma care device comprises a base plate attached to the stoma-surrounding skin, and a portable stoma discharge collecting bag. The base plate is configured to be detachably connected to the collecting bag by the first ring flange found on the base plate, and the second ring flange found on the collecting bag. At least one of the flanges is at least partially coated with glue. The device additionally comprises the first through hole extending through the first ring flange along the first axis, and the second through hole extending through the second ring flange along the second axis. The first ring flange is attached to the base plate by the first ring attachment area, the first free outer portion of the flange of which extends in the radial direction from the first axis. The second ring flange is attached to the collecting bag by the second ring attachment area, the second free outer portion of the flange of which extends in the radial direction from the second axis. The device additionally comprises an auxiliary guide comprising the first ring flange and the second ring flange in the guide configuration, wherein a travel of the first and second flanges is limited in relation to each other by one plane determined by the first and second axes, and a rotation about at least one of the first axis or the second axis. The auxiliary guide comprises a receiving slot on the base plate or the stoma bag facing in the face direction as the mated ring flange. The slot extends in the radial direction from the respective first or second axis.

EFFECT: invention provides guiding the two components of the device so that they match correctly before attaching them together for reducing a risk of leakage.
