SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of producing rectified ethyl alcohol by way of digesting alcohol from brew in brew or brew-epuration column accompanied with transferring alcohol with associated impurities into brew distillate together with vapors from brew and brew-epuration column and liquid fractions from condenser of carbon dioxide separator and alcohol trap; purifying brew distillate from top and intermediate impurities, including fusel oil components, in epuration column using hydroselection; rectifying epurate in alcohol column to remove fusel oil fractions, fusel alcohol, and non- pasteurized alcohol; rectifying fusel oil fractions and fusel alcohol in fusel column to take off fusel oil from accumulator section. Invention consists in that ethyl alcohol is additionally purified via taking away fusel-ether-aldehyde-methanol fractions from condenser of carbon dioxide separator, condenser and alcohol trap of brew or brew- epuration column; epuration of brew distillate in epuration column receiving hot water onto its upper plate. From condenser of this column, fusel-ether-aldehyde-methanol fraction is withdrawn, which, together with fractions from condenser of carbon dioxide separator, condenser and alcohol trap of brew or brew-epuration column is additionally fed into fusel column , from whose condenser, methanol- ether-aldehyde fraction is withdrawn and directed together with non- pasteurized alcohol fraction from alcohol column condenser onto feed plate of methanol column, from whose condenser, top fraction concentrate is taken off, and still liquid together with propyl alcohols' fraction from 28-36th plate one of brew column are fed into fractionation column, upper plate of which receives hot water, concentrate of intermediate and top impurities is taken off from condenser of this column, water-ethanol liquid is withdrawn from column still and directed into initial brew.
