FIELD: filtration facilities. SUBSTANCE: porous and capillary filter elements are placed into container with a liquid being cleaned wherein acoustic vibration from hydroacoustic emitter is excited. Simultaneously with affecting inlet stream of liquid to be cleaned, vacuum zone near surface to be cleaned is created by way of affecting the liquid with acoustic vibration with threshold value of sound pressure. Acoustic vibration is controlled within 1-12 kHz range, and pressure in vacuum zone is varied in $$$ mm Hg range. EFFECT: improved cleaning procedure. 3 cl, 1 dwg
