FIELD: food industry; methods of preparation of vodka.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertinent to food-industry and presents a method of preparation of vodka. The method provides for preparation of sorting, purification by activated charcoal, filtration, introduction of target and flavoring components and bottling. Preparation of sorting and introduction of target and flavoring components is performed at least in one container supplied with hydroacoustic emitters generating different frequencies and having the fixed directivity of their acoustic field formed by a rigid connection of the mentioned emitters with a riser pipe installed coaxially to the axis of the container and linked with the system of circulation. At that the process is conducted at superposition of the fields of the low and high frequencies created in the container by the hydroacoustic emitters with intensity of oscillations of 0.4-0.8 W / cm3. The invention will allow to improve the quality of a finished product due to a decrease of a share of harmful impurities in it.
EFFECT: the invention ensures improvement of the finished product quality due to a decrease of the harmful impurities share in it.
