FIELD: metallurgy. SUBSTANCE: arrangement has hollow sections, whose inner and outer walls form space to receive liquid cooling agent. Each hollow section is provided with lower and upper means to join inner and outer walls thereby forming closed space between them. Lower means has one or more openings to drain liquid cooling agent, which communicate with liquid cooling agent receiver connected to autonomous drain pipeline. Arrangement further has removable subunits with multiple spray means disposed within closed space in a certain part of hollow section near inner metal wall at a certain distance to it. Liquid cooling agent is sprayed onto inner surface of the metal wall. Aforementioned pipeline, being autonomous for each subunit, transfers liquid cooling agent to collector pipeline passing the agent to spray means.
