FIELD: valving. SUBSTANCE: throttle unit has housing with flow openings, mutually perpendicular inlet and outlet branch pipes, fixed diaphragm, and movable needle with conical tip. The cylindrical portion of the needle is made of steel. The diaphragm and conical tip of the needle are made of ceramic based on aluminum oxide. The conical surface of the needle is provided with ring grooves of rectangular cross-section . The depth of the groove is less or equal to 0.1 mm. The distance between the grooves is no less than twice width of the groove. EFFECT: improved design. 2 dwg
