FIELD: pipe line engineering. SUBSTANCE: pipes are joined by way of interconnecting them through an intermediate member and supplying hot air to the inner surface of the pipes. The joint is filled with a liquid solidifying material. The space is then blown with hot air until a rigid protective film is formed. The space is then filled with a non-solidifying anticorrosive material. EFFECT: simplified method. 2 dwg
