FIELD: manufacture of compressors and pumps; vacuum engineering. SUBSTANCE: free pistons are used as energy carriers accelerated by accelerator and directed to flow-through chamber in succession forming closed cavities between chambers which are communicated in turn with suction delivery passages; after escape from flow-through chamber, pistons are returned to accelerator through calibrated branch for imparting additional kinetic energy to them. Liquid is fed to inter-piston cavity before their return to accelerator to increase productivity through reduction of dead space volume; after running via flowthrough chamber, liquid is separated from gas which is discharge to delivery passage. EFFECT: increased productivity. 2 cl, 2 dwg
