FIELD: antenna and radio measurements; two-pole networks with lumped or distributed parameters. SUBSTANCE: method involves connection of reference active resistor and reference capacitor in series with two-pole network analyzed and connection of mentioned series circuit to generator whose parameters are known; then voltage drop is measured across reference resistor with reference capacitor disconnected followed by measuring voltage drop across same resistor with reference capacitor connected. Parameters of analyzed two-pole network are calculated using expressions given in description of the invention. EFFECT: simplified procedure, improved accuracy and reduced time of measurement. 1 dwg
