FIELD: radio measurement. SUBSTANCE: device has main channel 1, reference channel 2, metering channel 3, and display channel 4. Channel 1 has microwave self-excited oscillator 5, power amplifier 6, and scale-of-two microwave-signal divider 7. Reference channel 2 has adjusting phase shifter 8, reference cavity 9, and valve 10. Channel 3 has metering cavity 11 and valve 12. Channel 4 has phase detector 13 and display unit 14. Cavity 9 or 10 has microstrip line sections, electromagnetic coupling components, insulating substrate metal-plated on underside. Cavity 11 is jointed with unit for feeding and mounting material being analyzed. This unit has metal base with slit on one of its surfaces hermetically joined to substrate underside of metering cavity 11 forming slot accommodating material being analyzed. Metal-plated side of substrate has non-pated section under microstrip line section that faces the slit.
