FIELD: transportation facilities, helicopters, vessels, aircraft, railway facilities. SUBSTANCE: invention deals with travel of transport relative to underlying surface. Principal disadvantages of known means lie in presence of vibration noises caused by influence of antenna-feeder path. Invention is intended for practically total prevention of influence of feeder path which is achieved by insertion of modulator, wide-band amplifier and intermediate frequency amplifier properly connected and placed into speed indicator incorporating antenna, mixer, SHF generator, detector, Doppler frequency meter and phasemeter which excludes presence of feeder path in analogs and prototype and consequently ensures suppression of vibration noises. EFFECT: improved suppression of vibration noises. 6 dwg
