FIELD: computer engineering, in particular, frequency synthesizers which generates signals with software control of working frequency. SUBSTANCE: device has periodic pulse oscillator 1, reference random number generator 3, which generates sequence of numbers with equal probability, OR gate 2, frequency multipliers 4, short pulse generators 5, delay lines 6, AND gates 7, memory unit 8. Device provides generation of N-bit binary numbers using single reference random number generator with no effect on quality of output sequence at device outputs 9.1-0.n. This is achieved by greater speed of alternation of high rather than lower bits in generated numbers which are stored in memory unit 8. EFFECT: simplified design. 3 cl, 5 dwg
