FIELD: radio communication systems for tunnels, mines, offices. SUBSTANCE: device has central wire which is coaxial to shielding envelope 2 which has rectangular emitting slots 3. Funnel of each emitting slot contains ribbon conductor 4 and metal jumper 5. Part of funnel of emitting slot is covered by metal plate with dielectric substrate 6. Independent tuning of cable is achieved by moving metal jumper 5 and metal plate with dielectric substrate 6 along cable axis. Size of device elements and different variants of device design are given in invention specification.
