FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves fixing spinous processes of two or three vertebrae located above the trauma with pins having soldered thick areas forming cross in the processes. Then the vertebrae located below the trauma and wings of pelvic iliac bones are fixed with pins passed through the body and spinous processes. Pins are fixed in osteosynthesis device as attached to rest members connected with threaded rods and controlled vertebral column traction is carried out in longitudinal direction until dislocation is removed. Vertebral column fixation is carried out and spinal canal contents is examined. Pins having soldered thick areas are brought through the spinous processes of the dislocated vertebrae and fixed in osteosynthesis device rest members. Dislocation in width is removed at the level of trauma in controllable manner. Soldered portions are positioned to the left of the spinous processes. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness. 2 cl
