FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves violating vertebral arch integrity in longitudinal direction by making osteotomy at the level of bases on one side and at the top level near the spinal process bases. Oblique transverse violation of vertebral arch integrity is carried out. The selected fragments are fixed by means of distraction-compression apparatus. Controlled turn-around of the selected fragment of every vertebra is made laterally with distraction regenerates formed at the level of arch apices and vertebral bases until the required vertebral canal sizes are achieved. Longitudinal violation of vertebral arch integrity is carried out in particular cases at the level of their bases on both sides at the same time and at the level of arch apex. Controlled turn-around is carried out in lateral direction in opposite sides. Integrity violation is carried out at the level of their arch bases by means of corticotomy. EFFECT: reduced risk of traumatic complications. 3 cl, 5 dwg
