FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has dovetail slot at base of tibial portion of the endoprosthesis and a hole coaxial with tibial intramedullar pin for bushing and washer to be set there. Recesses are produced in the rigidity ribs for fixing tibial expansion anchor members. Femoral flat and femoral intramedullar pin are detachable and insertable one into the other as far as it is possible until thrusting in the dovetail slot and their fixation with screws takes place. The tibial flat is V-shaped in plane projection to provide for locking key in process of being set. The tibial flat has insert with head manufactured from polyethylene of high molecular weight fixed with pin and key connected to the tibial flat by means of screw. Option is provided to make endoprosthesis change its purpose from oncological one to traumatological one and vice versa. Rods from polyethylene of high molecular weight and internal conical opening are used to improve reliability of endoprosthesis fixation in the tibia and femur.
