FIELD: medical appliances. SUBSTANCE: this can be used in making endoprosthetic appliances of knee-joints. Endoprosthesis of knee-joint is provided with dampening member made in the form of elastomer strip for more reliability and longer service life. Supporting part of prop is made with shoulder over its perimeter and with protrusion. Dampening member is installed between tibial plateau and supporting part of prop. Tibial plateau is made with recess, and located in this recess is aforesaid protrusion of supporting part of prop. Made in rear part of condyle is open through-slot with widening towards open side. Embedded part of prop is made in the form of three-face pyramid with recesses along faces. Prop body has through-holes. Recesses made in pyramid faces can be of cone or cylinder configuration. Made in each side of elastomer strip are mating protrusions or recesses. Condyle elevation is made with shock absorber. Tibial plateau is fixed in protrusion of prop supporting part. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 8 cl, 5 dwg
