FIELD: aeronautical engineering. SUBSTANCE: rotors of helicopter having two main coaxial rotors are stopped so that their blades are positioned symmetrically relative to incoming flow by automatic action of incoming flow on each feathering blade at simultaneously turning the blade about its central axis in horizontal plane. Helicopter has two main coaxial rotors and blades are made in form of swept wing. Device for conversion of main rotor to fixed wing contains radial forks secured in main rotor bushes for free turn of fork about its longitudinal axis; they are kinematically linked with rotor pitch control system. Blades are mounted on ends of forks on vertical axles of rotation passed through central part of blade. EFFECT: extended functional capabilities. 4 cl, 3 dwg
