FIELD: manufacture of building materials. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to materials used for structures of non-autoclave cellular concrete in in-situ and small-piece construction. Composition contains mineral binder, air, water, and air-entraining integrated admixture containing foaming agent and structure-forming agent or plasticizer depending on desired properties of cellular concrete. Composition provides homogeneous disperse structure of solution with required flowability, density, and strength of cellular concrete. Components are environmentally acceptable, accessible, and of low cost. They can be introduced both dry and in liquid state. They provide maximum air entrainment even upon usual intense agitation and stable solution structure. EFFECT: improved quality and reduced cost.
