FIELD: building materials, particularly used for enclosing structure and article production and cast-in-place building erection.
SUBSTANCE: method involves producing porous mix by intensive concrete components stirring along with complex hydrophilic air-entraining admixture addition, wherein the hydrophilic air-entraining admixture includes surfactant taken from group including alkylsulfates, alkylsulfonates or alkyl phenols, and superplasticizing agent obtained as a product of naphthalenesulfonic acid and formaldehyde condensation, wherein naphthalenesulfonic acid-formaldehyde ratio is from 1:1 to 1:3 parts by weight; heating the mix by alternating current application up to 90-100°C at the rate of 15-25°C/min; immediately pouring the ready mix in mold along with mold vibration for 3-5 c and performing isothermal mold heating at 90-100°C for 3-4 hours.
EFFECT: increased hardening intensity and improved physical-and-mechanical characteristics of non-autoclaved light-weight concrete article.
