FIELD: production of liquid chloroparaffins. SUBSTANCE: method involves chlorination of paraffin melt by molecular chlorine. The process is carried out in the presence of catalyst. Phosphoric acid or alkyl ester of phosphorus or phosphoric acid (its quantity is 0.02-0.5 % of origin paraffin) or their mixture with amides of carboxylic acids (their ratio being 1-4:1) is used as mentioned above catalyst. EFFECT: simplified the process, improved conversion of chlorine, decreased expense of raw materials.
