Cleaner 1 has upper and lower portions 2 and 3 made from separate transportation parts having different rotational speeds. Working surface of upper portion 2 is positioned at larger angle to horizontal plane than that of lower portion 3. Rigidity of fingers of upper portion 2 exceeds that of lower portion 3. Brush 7 rotating in counter direction is mounted above coming down end of lower portion 3. Fingers of upper portion 2 are inclined in opposite direction. Rigidity of each finger is decreasing along its length. EFFECT: increased efficiency, simplified construction and enhanced reliability in operation. 2 dwg
