FIELD: agriculture and food-processing industry. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has vertical contact chamber with device for charging, distribution and discharge of grain in continuous flow and at least one propionic acid spraying device disposed in lower part of contact chamber. Spraying device has rod-type longitudinal oscillation concentrator connected with ultrasonic source. Oscillation concentrator has convex end surface and hollow sleeve embracing concentrator with space between them for supplying propionic acid into cavity. Spraying device has electret diverging tube positioned behind oscillation concentrator end surface. Grain distribution device is also made of electret-type, with electrets of diverging tube and grain distribution device having opposite poles.
