FIELD: agriculture. SUBSTANCE: method involves removing contaminants; creating aerosol flow of propionic acid by ultrasonic spraying and grain flow; directing aerosol flow and grain flow through opposite polarity electret nozzles and providing contact between these flows in countercurrency. Before spraying, chitosan is solved in propionic acid. Joint action of propionic acid and ultrasonics provides grain sterilization. EFFECT: reduced consumption of aerosol and provision for reliable and prolonged storage of grain.
