FIELD: mechanical engineering; metal cutting with use of grinding wheels and lubricant-coolants. SUBSTANCE: the offered stand has grinding wheel placed into chamber accommodating nozzle for supply of lubricant-coolant, bowl for removable weights, lever with counterweight and damping cylinder, bearing holder, rod for fastening the sample in collet grip, whose two parts are rigidly interconnected by flat cross-shaped spring. Sample is pressed to tested grinding wheel under the action of changeable weights placed in bowl. Tested lubricant-coolant is supplied through nozzle into zone of contact of the sample with grinding wheel. Contact of grinding wheel and sample is effected over sample end face.
