SUBSTANCE: device has flexible housing 1 made of two parts 2 intended for connection of parts 3 of vehicle 4 furnished with stabilizer 5. Each part 2 has flexible corrugations forming bellows 7 connected by one end with portal 8 and by other end, with end face parts 5 of vehicle. Rigid plate with projecting eye plates is installed in one of upper corrugations 6 forming roof 9 of each bellows 7. Some ends of carriers are installed in holes of eye plates. Other ends of carriers are fitted in holes made on free ends of equal-arm rocker hinge-connected on shackle of stabilizer 5. Carriers are installed with preset tension of corrugations of bellows 7.
