SUBSTANCE: device is provided with members limiting motion of bodies 10 which are made as stops or pins 26 received by grooves 27, for example, screw of fixed link; driven link 1 is mounted inside movable link 9 of nut, drive link being located coaxially relative to fixed link 4 which is made integral with housing. Driven link and fixed link are connected by means of rings and balls 6 located in them; end surfaces of drive link are connected similarly; axial force regulator is made in form of lever 15 which is engageable with toothed rim of link 9 or with slot of the same link.
