Generating surface of hole performs function of cylinder of direct-acting hydraulic pump at hydraulic resistance. Toothed insert is mounted between two bevel gears; at different angular velocities of above-mentioned gears, inset is reciprocating on axle of satellites and works as hydraulic pump.
