FIELD: aviation materiel, in particular, devices for disconnection of flying vehicle heaters when working medium attains the preset temperature in the conditions of action of vibratory loads within a wide range, it is also applicable in automatic control systems for temperature control of liquid and gas media, as well as for fine measurement of temperature in interaction with a dial indicator. SUBSTANCE: thermal relay has casing 1 and dilatometric temperature transducer 2 secured in it representative an active element in the form of sleeve 5 and a passive element in the form of rod 6. Rod 6 is positioned in the sleeve axis and connected to its bottom. Placed inside the casing is electrocontact set 3 engageable with the elements through transmission mechanism 4. Installed inside the sleeve are two pairs of active (8,12) and passive (10,14) elements in the form of tubes placed one in the other. The first pair of tubes is installed for engagement with the sleeve lateral face and with each other, and the second pair is installed in a spaced relation (27) to the active elements. The element facing the sleeve is connected to the free end of the rod, and the passive and active elements are connected in pairs by pins 9,11,13. EFFECT: enhanced reliability. 5 dwg
