SUBSTANCE: to determine power output of separate cylinders in internal combustion engine at definite crankshaft angles, engine angular velocity is measured, by design data of engine corresponding values of total inertia moment are found and basing on these data, total power of engine is determined. By results of comparison of power values in ranges of crankshaft angles specific for separate cylinders, operation of separate cylinders can be judged.
