FIELD: optical instruments, in particular, emitting units with semiconductor lasers, semiconductor, fiber- optical amplifiers. SUBSTANCE: device has input and output collimating elements 1, 2, and non-mutual member 3 which is located between collimating elements and contains first unit 13 which has double-refraction prisms 9, 11 and 45-degrees Faraday rotator 14, and second unit 15 which has double-refraction prisms 16, 18 and 45-degrees Faraday rotator 17 which is rotated about its optical axis by 180 degrees. Optical axes of units 13 and 15 are at equal angle to optical axis of rotator 14; direction of rotation of polarization plane of rotator 14 is opposite to direction of polarization plane of rotators 10 and 17.
