SUBSTANCE: frequency characteristics of rotor vibration speed counter 10 and momentum detectors 11 and 12 are matched. Elements for static processing of signals from vibration speed counter are introduced to accomplish the goal of invention. Said elements include serial circuit of multiplexer 15, analog-to-digital converter 16, calculation unit 17, digital-to-analog converter 18, filter 19 and phase shifter 20. This results in possibility change frequency characteristic of power amplifiers which control momentum detectors. EFFECT: increased quality of picture when angular errors caused by hand shiver are present. 1 dwg
