In osseous projection parts the scars are cut carefully by removing epidermal part of cicatricial tissue only within the layer adjacent to the bone and within bleeding layer. To close wounding defect free cutaneous transplant is transferred. EFFECT: higher efficiency in restoration of safe skin and exclusion of repeated operations.
