FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves separating unchanged skin of interdigital space fundus beginning from cicatricial span in making enveloping incision in transversal direction. A cut is carried out on the hand backside with arc apex facing the interdigital space fundus. Wound edges on the hand backside and interdigital space fundus wound edges are mobilized and sutured one to another. Hard cicatrices adjacent to interdigital space fundus are dissected and the wound defects are covered with the rest of cicatricial tissues.
