FIELD: rubber industry. SUBSTANCE: greater rapture resistance and relative elongation of rubber are achieved by adding butyl rubber based modifying additive to rubber mix. The additive is viscous compound having softening temperature of 66 C, needle penetration at 25 C is 98 mm. The mixture comprises sludge resulting from sulfuric acid purification of diesel oil; silicon gel aluminium waste resulting from aluminium fluoride production, 0.1-0.2; marble pilenium waste, 4.7-4.9. The claimed rubber mix comprises the following components wt.-%: butyl rubber, 100; sulfur, 1.5-2.5; tetramethyl thiuram sulfide, 1.3-1.5; 2-mercaptobenzthiazole, 0.65-0.8; zinc oxide, 5.0; stearic acid, 0.75-2.25; industrial carbon with specific geometric surface of 90-110 sq. m/g, 50.0-55.0; modifying additive, 0.75-2.25. Vulcanizates have the following properties: rupture resistance is 240-250/246-257; relative elongation is 813-825/801-812%; residual elongation is 43-47/39-41 %, hardness at vulcanization time of 40/120 min.
