FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: method for obtaining rubber mixture based on ethylenepropylenediene caoutchouc includes introduction of modifier, sulphur, zinc oxide, stearic acid, tetramethylthiuramdisulphide, mercaptobenzothiazole and technical carbon into caoutchouc. Before mixing with other components mixture of caoutchouc, technical carbon and modifier is subjected to microwave exposure with microwave frequency 2.45 GHz for 60 seconds. Dithiomorpholine, pine colophony and white soot are additionally introduced into rubber mixture. Phosphorus-boron-nitrogen-containing oligomer is applied as modifier with component ratio, wt. p.: ethylenepropylenediene caoutchouc - 100.0, sulphur - 2.0, zinc oxide - 5.0, stearic acid - 1.0, technical carbon - 2.0, tetramethylthiuramdisulphide - 0.75, mercaptobenzothiazole - 1.5, phosphorus-boron-nitrogen-containing oligomer - 5.0, dithiomorpholine - 2.0, pine colophony - 3.0, white soot - 30.0.
EFFECT: vulcanisates by the invention possess improved deformation-strength properties and fire-resistance.
